Alice, one hundred years old
If you have read Two Old Fools in Spain Again, you may remember that the Salvation Army contacted us and introduced us to Alice.
Well, I’m delighted to report that Alice is now 100 years young and enjoyed a surprise party to celebrate. Her eyesight is failing, but her mind is as sharp as a tack. Of course she received the personally signed telegram from her majesty, the Queen.
What a fabulous tradition! I thought you might like to see it.

If you’d like to see how we Old Fools are coping, day by day, do join us on Facebook. Friend requests are very welcome.

As an OLD dude, my favorite bedtime read is “Vicky” Twead. One Young Fool in Dorset especially! My grandmother came from there.
All your books are fun reads, not too heavy, not gory, Just entertaining. Thanks
